The Flair Pro 2 Review: For The True Espresso-Lover

Toffee, also known as buttercrunch in the US, is a Toffee, also known as buttercrunch in the US, is a delectable hard candy that is made by boiling sugar and butter together.

This recipe is unique in that it’s very thin (so it’s safe for your teeth!) and it’s also nut-free (shoutout to my bestie). Pretzels are used here to give it that extra bit of texture that nuts provide in traditional English toffee.

Here are few recipe highlights:
•This easy toffee recipe has loads of dark chocolate and crushed, salty pretzels.
•Coat both sides of the toffee with melted chocolate and pretzels for maximum enjoyment.
•Pair this toffee with a light roast coffee to balance out the dark and buttery flavors of the toffee.

Full recipe is on the blog because it’s too long for a post unfortunately, link is in bio!

With the warm weather here in Philly and the cherr With the warm weather here in Philly and the cherry blossoms blossoming, I’ve been all about cold brew. Talking about it, making it, and of course — drinking it. To help you in your own brewing adventures, I came up with a few cold brew coffee hacks to improve your cold brew game.

Here are my best cold brew tips/hacks for you:

1. Brew your own cold brew at home with or without a cold brew maker. To make cold brew, you don’t need a fancy cold brew maker. All you really need are your pre-grounds, a large mason jar or pitcher, and a cheesecloth. Place the water and grounds into the pitcher together, stir them up, and place a lid on top. Allow the pitcher to sit on the counter for 12 to 15 hours. Next, filter the coffee grounds through the cheese cloth into a bowl (or even a pour over instrument!) and enjoy! That’s it — best cold brew recipe is in bio.

2. Make cold brew ice cubes. An iced coffee drink can quickly turn into a watery mess if you don’t drink it fast enough. Instead of throwing it out, try cold brew coffee ice cubes. It does take a day of preparation, but you’re then set for weeks.

3. Try a light roast cold brew. It’s often best to use older or lower quality beans to make cold brew because in the end most cold brew batches taste the same. But there is an exception if you use very FRESH & LIGHT ROAST beans. The cold brew offers new flavors that are worth trying — try it out and see if you notice a difference!

BONUS TIP: Coffee Explorer with host Jen Stone, Licensed Quality Grader & CIEL founder, released a new episode all about cold brew (featuring yours truly). Give it a listen for extra cold brew tips & tricks (it's only 15 minutes). Link in bio!

How do you usually make cold brew? Would love to know in the comments!

𝚆𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚒𝚜 𝚊 𝚖𝚊𝚗𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚎𝚜𝚙𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚘 𝚖𝚊𝚔𝚎𝚛?

The lever-driven espresso machine was brought about in 1947 by Achille Gaggia. This invention revolutionized espresso coffee in the home and cafe sphere.

Yet like, manual brew coffee, manual espresso brewing has experienced a sort of renaissance as many are going back to the basics in order to fully experience and appreciate the process of making their morning java. Manual brewing also provides a much more controlled environment, which is ideal for making excellent coffee and espresso.

One company that has taken on the task of bringing the manual espresso machine back is Flair Espresso. They are known for their elegant, yet simplistic lever espresso machines that produce flavorful espresso without any electricity.

If you are someone who is fascinated by the process of espresso-making or rather you’re someone who wants to get into this particular coffee hobby, the Flair Pro 2 is a wonderful way to explore and get the full espresso-making experience.

It’s ultimately an art form of sorts that any true espresso-lover should experience. Full review is up on the blog✌️
